This is a recipe to make low-fat Blueberry Popsicles. This simple recipe makes about 8 popsicles. If you have difficulty getting your children to enjoy healthy food, try this one first and then slowly introduce them healthy food.
Instructions:
4 cups fresh blueberries. If you can’t find any blueberries, you can use other types of berries.
1/3 cup fine sugar.
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt.
Instructions:
Place blueberries in a bowl and crush with a potato masher. Add the sugar and combine well. Stir in the yogurt and mix until well combined. Pour mixture into 8 popsicle molds and put into the freezer. A delicious and healthy treat for children. Caution thought, this is really not suitable if you are having a sore throat
